Remember NO Refunds 

If we are Sold out here, do Not call but ask at the desk when checking-In as our inventory changes daily

1. NO REFUNDS ( rentals are not transferable )
2. 2 passenger carts, no more than 2 people on a cart 
3. 5 mph 
4. when checking out you are agreeing that you will follow the rules of this agreement and the rules of Sun Aura Resort. 
5. you are also agreeing that any violation of the rules will terminate your rental with no refund  
6. Gas carts may not be available, you may get an electric cart, a charging station will be provided
7. NO refunds for wrong date: Example, you need a car for Memorial Day weekend and we are sold out so you book for the next weekend and call us thinking we will change it.
8. Any and all bookings refunds are at the discretion of Just an old cart llc.
